The information you provide is collected by Wow the Floor AI Image Experiences in connection with the event you are registering for, which is sponsored or organized by the event's host organization.
The information you provide may include your name, company, job title, email address, and survey responses. At the photo booth itself, the AI image experience also captures your photograph and creates an image from it.
This information will be used to:
Your information may be shared with the organization sponsoring or organizing the event, for event administration and management.
Wow the Floor will not sell your personal information or use it for unrelated purposes. The sponsoring organization may not use your information for additional marketing purposes unless that use is separately disclosed to you.
Your email address may be used to send your registration QR code, completed images, delivery instructions, and other communications necessary to provide the AI image experience.
You may also choose to receive the Wow the Floor newsletter, which may include occasional company news, examples, announcements, and information about AI image experiences.
Newsletter enrollment is optional and is not required to participate in the event experience. Your email address will not be added to the Wow the Floor newsletter unless you select the newsletter option on the registration form. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every message we send you.
Wow the Floor retains your event information only as long as is reasonably necessary to complete image delivery, provide technical support, resolve a service issue, comply with the client agreement, or meet a legal requirement — and no longer.
If you subscribe to the Wow the Floor newsletter, your email address and newsletter subscription record will be retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
By registering, you acknowledge that you have read this notice and authorize Wow the Floor AI Image Experiences to collect, process, and share your information as described above. Joining the newsletter is a separate, optional choice you make on the registration form.
